Baseball Pants Unhemmed

Ok so I need help with these Baseball Pants of mine…?
I need help trying to stretch them out a bit. They are a little tight in the thighs. They are the unhemmed 3in inseam Baseball Pant. Maybe i should wash them and then stretch them out. I don’t know what to do! They fit in the waist bu not the thighs. Im a catcher.
Ok so i stuffed them with different materials, to the point where I couldnt fit anymore w/o them ripping. And them i wet them with water and now they are drying. Will this work?
