This is for t-ball. The balls are soft like incredaballs.
Bats are made to have maximum effectiveness when they are warmed. In fact, they make several items for players in colder climates to warm up their bats on cold days before using them. Chilling the bat will likely lead to damage and will definitely shorten the lifespan of the bat.
