Didn’e watch that tonight, but im pretty sure they were along these lines:
1. Arm motion/speed-A non-experienced pitcher might slow their arm on a breaking pitch or change-up, therefore tipping the batter and then getting creamed
2.Speed of the windup-A pitcher will usually take their time when winding up for a fastball to gain mometum which could tip off observant batters
3. How long they fiddle with the ball in the glove-Most pitchers turn the ball over inside of their glove to fake the batter into thinking breaking ball, but then go fastball. However some pitchers fiddle with the ball for certain incraments of time for each pitch so b time a 2nd AB rolls around, a watchful hitter can time it, then guess the pitch before it leaves his glove.
